Cottage cheese 250 g
1 bunch fresh parsley
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1 garlic clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp.
Mix cottage cheese with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper.
1 large clove garlic – peel and crush with a knife.
Finely chop cilantro and parsley.
Butter should be softened.
Mix all ingredients.
Thoroughly mix until smooth and put in the refrigerator to cool for 30 minutes.
