Apple caramel cake in microwave
This wonderful cake is cooked very quickly – 10 minutes in the microwave, and flavorful cake with fruit filling flaunts on our table!
Apples and nectarines can be easily replaced with other fruits in season and to your taste. Bananas, pears, cherries, berry mixes would be a great option. Serve this cake is best with milk!

Wheat flour 10 tbsp.
Baking powder 1 tsp.
Sugar 8 tbsp.
Milk 125 ml
Apple 4 pcs.
Nectarines 1 pc.
Chicken eggs 3 pc.
Boiled water 3 tbsp.
To make a cake we need wheat flour, eggs, sugar, milk, butter, baking powder, bottled water, apples and nectarines.
Wash the nectarines, peel the apples. Cut into slices.
Put 6 tablespoons sugar and pour 3 tablespoons boiled water in a baking dish (I use a silicone mold, which can be baked in a microwave oven). Put in the microwave for 4 minutes at power 800W.
Beat eggs with 2 tbsp. sugar with the whisk or blender.
Pour the milk into the egg mixture and stir.
Put the baking powder mixed with flour in the dough. Thoroughly kneaded the dough for the cake.
Take out a form with the finished caramel from microwave oven.
Cut the butter into pieces and put on the hot caramel.
Put the fruit slices on top.
Fill the dough and distributes it to the entire form, closing the fruit. Put in microwave for 10 minutes to power 800 watts.
When the cake is ready, turn it upside down on a flat wide dish – caramel will be on top. Serve with milk, tea or coffee for dessert.
