Eggs – 3
Flour – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Apples – 3 medium
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Beat 3 eggs and mix with 1 cup sugar until smooth. Combine the egg mass with 1 cup of sifted flour and mix well.
Peel 3 apples and cut them into small thin slices. Sprinkle them with lemon juice.
In greased form lay part of the test. Then lay evenly and apples on top to cover the remaining dough. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35 minutes until light brown.
