Arabic coffee is famous worldwide for its unique taste and aroma, cooking traditions and special ritual submission.

Cardamom is a quite expensive spice, used in Arabic coffee, with a rather strong aromatic fragrance. It is used for cooking, coffee and also in traditional medicine!

Preparation time: 5-7 minutes.

 Preparation:

You will need ground Arabic coffee, a Turkish coffee pot  (ibrik), water and a heating source.

Pour 3oz of water into the turkish coffee ibrik.

Bring the water to a boil and then add sugar to taste and top it with a heaping teaspoon of finely ground coffee with cardamom and stir.

The main thing is do not move away from the stove! Cardamom gives the drink the original taste and pleasant aroma.

Put the cofee on low fire. As the coffee heats it will start forming  foam.

As soon as the foam rises, the ibrik should be immediately removed from the fire. The heating process should be repeated 2-3 times.

Pour the coffee slowly into a small demitasse cup and it’s ready for savoring.

Serve Arabic coffee along with a glass of fresh water and a small desert for your friends.
