Arugula salad

This arugula salad goes well with sliced fresh vegetables – tomatoes, cucumbers, mussels, olives, and classic salad dressing makes it very easy! Salad turns out very tasty!

Ingredients:
Tomatoes 2 pcs.
Cucumbers 1 pc.
Arugula 1 bunch
garlic 2 cloves
Pitted olives 50 g
mussels 150 g
Olive oil 2 tbsp.
Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
Salt to taste
Preparation:
To make this salad, we need the following products: fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, arugula, fresh frozen mussels, pitted olives, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt.
Defrost the mussels, wash and boil 15 minutes. Put the mussels on a plate and let cool completely.
Prepare the dressing. Stir the lemon juice, olive oil and salt with a fork or whisk.
Wash an arugula leaves, spread on a paper towel to soak liquid and lay the leaves in a deep bowl.
Add the whole black olives, sliced tomatoes and sliced cucumber semirings.
Add the cooled mussels and chopped garlic.
Pour the salad dressing.
Stir and serve immediately!
