2 pounds pork baby back ribs , cut into pieces
salt and pepper
1 onion, cut into wedges
4 cups apple juice
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 180 C (356 F ).
Fry the ribs in a large frying pan until lightly golden brown ribs with 2 sides to olive oil. Add a pepper and a salt to taste.
Put a onions and a garlic in baking form. Put the ribs and pour an apple juice and an apple cider vinegar and then put a thyme. Close the foil.
Place the baking form in a preheated oven on 1.5 or 2 hours. Remove the foil and cook another 20 minutes.
