Baked eggs with spinach and ham

30 g butter;
1 small onion;
250 g spinach;
Pinch of nutmeg;
75 ml cream;
2 slices of ham;
Salt and pepper.
Preheat the oven to 180 C (350 F).
Heat the butter in a skillet and gently fry the finely chopped onion. Add the spinach (I took frozen). Add the nutmeg and cream. Cook the spinach during 5 minutes.
Grease a baking dish with a bit of butter, place spinach and top with chopped into pieces of ham. Carefully break an egg into each baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place the baking dishes in heat-proof big dish, pour the hot water to come halfway up the molds and bake in the oven for 12 minutes. The protein should turn white.
