Servings: 2

Beef sirloin  250 g
250g cherry tomatoes
Fresh green basil 0.5 beam
2 garlic cloves
Dried oregano 2 tsp.
Purple onion 1 pc.
Salt to taste
Olive oil 1 tbsp.
White wine 100ml


For cooking, you will need: beef sirloin (thin slices), cherry tomatoes, onion, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, olive oil and white wine.

Cut the tomatoes in half.

Slice the onion and garlic.

Sauté onion and garlic in a little oil.

Add the tomatoes and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Put the meat and cook for 10 minutes, adding a little white wine.

The last thing to add basil, salt and add the oregano.

The sauce should thicken and slightly evaporate. Serve the dish hot!
