Berry fruit drink with yoghurt and cream
Smoothies can be a full breakfast.

The recipe is well suited for: dessert, breakfast.
Low-fat yogurt – 50 ml
Powdered sugar – to taste
Cinnamon – to taste
Cream – whipped to taste
Peel the fruits and crushed in a blender with a small amount of low-fat plain yogurt and powdered sugar.
Place the fruit puree layers in a glass. Add a layer of whipped cream with cinnamon and powdered sugar. Decorate with strawberry drink.
