The recipe is well suited for: breakfast or dinner.
1 bunch broccoli (es, cut into florets)
1/3 cups of milk
5 tablespoons flour
1/2 tsp salt, pepper
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
Boil the broccoli in salted water for 3-4 minutes. Drain the water and cool the broccoli. Chop the broccoli in a blender with milk. Add eggs, flour, salt, pepper, crushed garlic and vegetable oil. Leave on for 20 minutes.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Drop batter by 2 heaping tablespoonfuls into oil; press lightly to flatten. Cook in batches for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown, using remaining oil as needed. Drain on paper towels.
