This is a very simple simple cake recipes.


– Flour – 2 1/2 cups

– Sugar – 3/4 cups

– Eggs – 4 pcs.

– Cherries, frozen pitted -2 cups

– Vanilla Extract

For the chocolate glaze:

– Sugar – 2 tablespoons

– Cocoa – 2-3 tablespoons

– Chocolate -50 g.

– Cream (10%) or milk – 1/2 cups.


Thaw cherries.


Beat the eggs with the sugar.


Add vanilla and flour. Stir until smooth.


Lubricate the form of oil. Pour half of the dough into the form. Arrange cherries evenly. Put the rest of the dough. Leveled.


Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 to 25 minutes. Chill for an hour.


Prepare the chocolate glaze.

In a saucepan pour the milk (cream), add sugar, cocoa, add the chocolate. Stir, bring the up to almost boiling. Chill.


Coat the cake with chocolate icing.
