My new recipe slightly diversifies your “chicken» menu. Moreover, this is a great option for grilling. But you can cook in the oven – it is very tasty!
Preparation time: 1 hour.
The recipe is well suited for: dinner.
1 large chicken breast
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon of ground coriander
1/2 cup of grated hard cheese
1 tablespoon of mustard
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Cut chicken breast into 4 parts. Place each chicken breast part between sheets of plastic wrap and pound with a meat mallet to about 1/8 inch thickness.
Sprinkle each piece sprinkle with salt, ground coriander, grated cheese.
Roll up seasoned ham and cheese ‘jellyroll-style’, and then roll each chicken breast with ham and cheese inside. Tuck in ends and fasten with toothpicks.
Place chicken rolls in a lightly greased baking dish. Spread rolls with mustard; pour a soy sauce and 1/2 cup of water in the baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for about 40 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and juices run clear.
Chicken rolls are simple step by step recipe with photos.
