Cinnamon Honey Pancakes
This is a wonderful breakfast.

1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup honey
1 cups milk
Mix the flour, salt, cinnamon and baking powder. In a medium mixing bowl, mix the wet ingredients.
Pour milk-honey mixture to into the flour and mix well.
Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients; mix well. Using a 1/4°C measure, pour batter on a hot, greased griddle.
When bubbles form around the edges, flip. Continue frying until lightly browned. Top your favorite syrup.
