Cold soups for weight loss: gazpacho
Gazpacho contains a lot of useful vegetables rich in vitamins. Low-calorie soup before the main meal gives the impression of satiety, since they occupy a volume in the stomach, making you eat less.
2 cups tomato juice
1 Cucumber 1
1 green bell pepper, minced
Cilantro (coriander) ½ cups
Red wine vinegar 0.3 cups
¼ cup olive oil
Tabasco sauce to taste
Cut into small pieces half the tomatoes, cucumber, onion and red pepper in a food processor and blend until well-combined but still slightly chunky. Transfer to a bowl.
Add the tomato juice, chopped cilantro, vinegar and, olive oil. Mix well.
Put the remaining tomatoes, remove seeds and cut into small cubes. Just slice the cucumber and onion. Add all in the soup. Add salt and pepper and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
