Cookies with jam
This simple cookies surprise you with its taste and aroma. The dough is done quickly and contains ingredients that are always at hand. You can use your favorite jam, the main thing that it was not liquid (drop should not spread on a plate).

Flour – 4 cups
Sugar – ¾ cup
Baking powder – 3 teaspoons
Salt – ½ teaspoon
Vegetable oil – ½ cup
Orange juice – ¼ cup
Vanilla – 1 teaspoon
Egg – 3 pcs
Raisins and chopped walnuts

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a hole in the middle. Combine the butter, orange juice, vanilla and 3 eggs. Pour this mixture into the hole and knead the dough. Lightly knead the dough by hand, wrap in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Divide the dough into 4 pieces; roll each piece into a rectangle. Apply a layer of butter and then jam. Sprinkle raisins and walnuts. Twist the roll and cut it to 10-14 parts. Put the cookies on a baking sheet with baking paper. Sprinkle cookies with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar and bake for 25 minutes in a preheated (190 degree C) oven.
