Wheat flour 150 g
Almonds 50 g
sugar 100 g
Baking powder 15 g
salt 1 pinch
Lemon 1 pc.
Chicken eggs 1 pc.
Yogurt 120 ml
Refined olive oil 50 ml
Almond 20 g
For 12 muffins we need: flour, almonds, sugar, baking powder, salt, lemon (squeeze the juice + peel), eggs, yogurt, vegetable oil.
In the first bowl sift all dry ingredients: flour, sugar, ground almonds, baking powder and salt. All must be carefully mixed.
In the second bowl put all the ingredients “liquid” part: the egg, vegetable oil, lemon juice and zest, yogurt. Mix.
Now the “liquid” part should be poured into a “dry”. Mix gently.
Lay the dough into the muffin baking forms. Sprinkle each muffin with almond “petals”, and immediately put it in the oven.
Bake 15-18 minutes at 205 ° C (400 F).
