Cork as miniature pot for a succulent plant
Whenever you just opened a bottle of wine, do not throw the cork! Start collecting them and we will show you a fascinating application of bottle corks. Maybe you’ve seen DIY projects with corks: wall decorations, small mats, key rings, etc.
It turns out that the bottle corks have several original applications! In addition, this is not the first time we see the cork pots! In this article, we’ll show you how to create a miniature cork flower pot to plant a succulent plant!
This DIY project is super easy and does not require much time or many tools and materials. We have chosen mini pots to hang on the fridge with magnets. But if you find that it is too complicated or you do not like the idea, you can omit the part with the magnets and simply store the mini flower pots in a glass bowl. It is necessary; as cork is a very lightweight material normally the cork pot does not always remain stable. Then you’ll need: small species of succulents plants, a few ground, a knife (or screwdriver), a hot glue gun, small magnets and corks.
The process is super simple. You must first drill a hole through the cork with the knife (screwdriver). Then paste a small magnet with the gun. At the end, fill the cork with soil and plant the succulent plant.
