Corn Tomato Salad
Fresh corn is usually very sweet and gentle, so no need to cook it further.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
3 sweet corn cob
5 tomatoes, diced
1 red onion, cut into pieces, washed in cold water and dried with paper towel
1 tsp. Balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper
In a large bowl, mix the corn kernels, onion, tomato, olive oil, balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
