Creamy spinach soup
Cream soups are very popular. These soups are attractive on the dining table.

1 medium onion, finely chopped,
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped,
30 g olive oil,
300 g of fresh spinach
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cream.
Onion and garlic cloves peeled and finely crumble. Pour vegetable oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic gently for 5-6 minutes until softening.
Wash spinach, drain off the water and add to the pan. Braise until the leaves are soft.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour in milk and cream in a saucepan and boil 5 minutes. Then beat with a blender.
