Crispy Fish Fillets
Preparation time: 40 minutes.
The recipe is well suited for: dinner.
Fish fillets (trout) – 1 1/2 pounds
Potatoes (medium) – 3
Egg – 1
Lemon – 1/ 2 pieces
Flour – 2 tbsp
Cut fish fillets into pieces, season with salt, add the spices and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Wash potatoes, peel and grate. Add egg and flour, mix well. Breaded fish in potato batter (tightly clutching).
Fry on both sides of the frying pan with olive oil. Reduce heat, cover and cook until ready (10 minutes).
Serve with vegetables.
