Materials and tools:

-bottle of champagne
– glue
-acrylic paint
-sponge
– ribbon
a two-sided adhesive tape

In order to do decoupage, we need to remove the bottle labels. Soak the bottle in water and take off them.

Apply the glue to the bottle of champagne and wait until the glue dries.

Apply 2 coats of white acrylic paint with a sponge.

While the paint is dry, remove the first layer of the Tissue Decoupage Papers and glue it to the bottle. With your fingers gently press from center toward ends working out any wrinkles.

Make a bow out of ribbon and attach a bow to the neck of the bottle with double-sided tape.
