Dried apricots cake

3/4 cup sour cream
2 cups flour
1 cup dried apricots
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon butter for greasing forms
Add boiling water at dried apricots; let it swell for about 15 minutes.
Beat the eggs with sugar.
Add sour cream and flour.
Cut the apricots into slices.
Add the apricots in the finished dough and stir.
Pour the dough in the prepared baking form.
Bake about 40 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
