This is the most common form of the fall leaf art projects. Compose applique of dry leaves of different colors and shapes. Take not only autumn falling leaves , but the green leaves too. I have identified separately these collages, as autumn leaves are used a bit differently – it’s just a material to cut out the figures and letters. This must be done BEFORE the leaf is dry, otherwise it will crumble. Cut, then dry the leaves in the usual way in the old book or newspaper. So you can cut out whole words and phrases.
So you can make not only the alphabet, but also simple silhouettes (animals, houses, clouds).
