Usually we mix the crushed fruits, berries and even vegetables with milk, cream and yoghurt. This smoothie can not be considered low-calorie  dessert. Therefore, we will prepare a fruit smoothie with a useful green tea and with natural fruits.

In the heat of summer, when you want something light, tasty and refreshing, this fruit smoothie will quench your thirst and hunger. During cooking, you can add to the blender a few ice cubes.

Preparation time:10 minutes.

Servings: 2 pcs.

Ingredients:

Apple 1 pc.
Banana 1pc.
Kiwi 2 pcs.
Grapes 70g
Green tea 1 cup

Preparation:

To prepare the drink you take a big ripe apple, banana, kiwi, a small bunch of grapes and a green tea.
