Bananas 3 pc.
Fresh mint 25 g
For dairy smoothies take: a 0.5 liter yogurt, 2-3 bananas, 4 kiwis and a fresh mint.
Peel Bananas and kiwi. Wash mint and separate the leaves from the stem. Cut into the fruit large chunks.
Banana, kiwi and mint to put in a bowl, if you are using a hand blender.
Whisk the ingredients until smooth.
Add the yogurt at the fruit and beat for 2-3 minutes.
