Ginger drink is thirst aid
We offer homemade ginger drink as the thirst aid. This is a healthy, refreshing and zesty drink.
Preparation time: 40 minutes.
Large bunch of mint, we need only the leaves that need to be chopped, plus a few sprigs for decoration;
Small ginger root, the size of a thumb, peeled and finely cut;
Slices of lemon or lime for serving drinks.
2-3 cups of carbonated or non-carbonated mineral water
4 tablespoons honey flower
1 heaped tbsp raw sugar
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice or lime juice
Place mint, ginger and honey in medium bowl. Place mint, ginger and honey in medium bowl. Add 4 cups of boiling water and leave to cool the half hour. Then add lemon juice and 2 cups mineral water.
Serve the ginger drink with sprigs of mint and citrus slices.
