Green bean salad

Asparagus beans (beans), frozen 250 g
Olives, pitted 100 g
Cheese 50 g
1 bunch of green salad
Fresh purple basil 1 bunch
1 bunch fresh parsley
6 tablespoons olive oil
Vinegar 2 tbsp.
1 garlic clove
French mustard (with seeds) 2 tbsp.
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp.
Salt to taste
The basic salad ingredients are green beans, olives, basil, parsley, lettuce, bacon, cheese, olive oil, mustard and spices.
Lower the frozen green beans in boiling water and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Then shift the beans in a bowl and let cool.
Cut the bacon, into thin strips.
Fry the bacon in olive oil until crisp.
And then put strips of bacon on a paper towel to leave excess fat.
Cut cheese into cubes.
Finely chopped parsley.
Tear lettuce and basil.
Cut olives in half.
Make a sause of mustard seeds, vinegar, olive oil, squeeze the garlic clove and add a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Combine all ingredients, add sause and mix gently.
