5 leaves of spinach
1 teaspoon of butter
2 tsp milk
Salt to taste.
Thoroughly wash and dry spinach, finely chop. Meanwhile, dissolve butter in a saucepan.
In melted butter add chopped spinach and cook, under tightly closed lid, 5 minutes. Mix the eggs and the milk. Pour the finished egg mixture at spinach, mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle with a little grated cheese and cook for a couple under the lid closed until done.
