1 bunch of green salad
Purple basil 1 bunch fresh
400g salmon fillet
Cucumbers 4 pcs.
Lemon 1 pc.
Soy sauce 3 tbsp.
Refined olive oil 1 tbsp.
Brown sugar 1 tsp.
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp.
Wash the Salmon fillet , dry with paper towels and cut into strips.
In a small pan, pour soy sauce, add the brown sugar and warm, stirring to dissolve sugar.
Lay fillets in a bowl, pour the cooked sauce and leave for 10 minutes.
Wash cucumbers, peel and cut into cubes 1.5 – 2 inches in length
Grate the lemon zest on a small grater.
Pour the cucumbers the lemon juice and sprinkle with zest, salt and pepper.
Wash lettuce, dry and cut up.
Wash the basil, dry, separate the leaves from the stems and add to the salad.
Mix greens with cucumber and add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Put the cucumbers in a bowl with lettuce and top pieces of fried salmon – serve immediately.
