ground beef with potatoes
1.1 lb ground meat,
onion – 1 pcs.
1/3 C. dry bread crumbs
Egg – 2 pcs.
Tomatoes – 6 pcs.

Mix ground beef, onion, breadcrumbs and grated cheese. Add the beaten eggs with salt. Season the salad with paprika and pepper to taste. Divide the stuffing into five equal parts. Shape medium-size round cutlets from this mix, and press in the middle and place on baking sheet.
Mix the tomato and cheese, cut into cubes. Add the parsley and green onions, salt and pepper.
Place a portion of the vegetable mix in the middle of every cutlet.
Place in oven preheated to 200 degrees (395 F), for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese, place a slice of tomato and bake another 20 minutes at 220 degrees (430 F) under the grill.
