Many are accustomed to  yogurt. We recommend to try another dessert – “yogurt” on the basis of avocado instead of milk.

 

Ingredients for 4 servings:

1/2 cup hazelnuts;
1 banana;
1 avocado;
2 pitted dates;
3 1/2 cups water;
½ tsp. vanilla extract

 

How to prepare:

Peel the banana and cut into slices. Put it in a container and in the freezer for a few hours. Soak the hazelnuts in warm water for half an hour, then clean the nuts from the shell and drain the water.
Cut the avocados into slices. Add hazelnuts, banana, dates, water, and vanilla extract. Whisk in a blender until smooth. Serve “yogurt” in the ice-cream bowls and garnish with walnuts.
