1.5 cups whole wheat flour;
1.5 cups of corn meal;
2 tbsp sugar;
1 tsp salts;
1 tbsp baking powder to flour;
1 cup milk;
1 cup sour cream;
3-4 tbsp vegetable oils;
Heat the oven to 190C (375 F). Prepare a circular baking form with a diameter of 8-10 inches.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl or food processor.
Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl and add to dry ingredients. Knead the dough.
Pour the mixture into a baking form (pre-greased or lined with baking paper) and bake for 35 minutes. A toothpick inserted into the middle of baking should remain dry.
