Homemade fish sticks
Homemade fish sticks are wonderful snack that will please even the children.
Preparation time: 35 minutes.
The recipe is well suited for: dinner.
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 pound cod fillets, cut into 1-inch strips
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
Parmesan (grated) – 200 g
Red pepper (ground) – 1 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Cut the fish fillets into 1-inch strips and roll them in flour.
Then, beat the eggs; add pepper, paprika and salt. Mix the breadcrumbs with grated cheese. Dip fish pieces in egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
Place the fillets on a baking sheet greased with oil and send it in a preheated 400° oven for 15-20 minutes.
Serve homemade fish sticks with tartar sauce or any other of your choice!
