Hot chocolate from an ancient recipe

This recipe for hot chocolate dates back to the year 1631!

If you do not have almond flour, hazelnut flour, you can make it yourself with the help of a blender or coffee grinder.

 

Preparation time:  10 minutes.

The recipe is well suited for: dessert.

Servings: 2

 

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

Dried chili peppers, 1 pc

Anise star, 1 pc

Vanilla bean, 1/2 pc

Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp.

Almond flour, 2 tsp.

Hazelnut flour, 1 tsp.

Sugar, 2 tbsp

2 cups milk

 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat chocolate, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes, but do not bring to a boil. Strain through a fine sieve and pour into cups. Serve at once.
