How to cook low-calorie sweets: Kiwi Ice Cream
Favorite high-calorie ice cream can always replace the frozen juice or fruit mixture.
Kiwi Ice Cream recipe
Ingredients: 8 kiwi fruits, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon white rum, 50ml of syrup of cane sugar or brown sugar.
Peel the kiwi fruits and chop in a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk. Pour mixture into forms and place in the freezer.
