How to cook steamed chicken
Chicken meat is the basis of a correct diet. It contains the amino acids necessary for human body. Steamed Chicken with Herbs De Provence
Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, half a lemon, 2 onions, Provence herbs, 1 clove of garlic, sea salt and herbs.
Preparation: Slice the chicken into pieces and marinate in lemon juice, garlic, onion and Herbs De Provence on the hour. Put the chicken breasts in a steamer, pour the marinade on top, season with salt, and add the chopped parsley. Turn on the steamer for 20 minutes. Serve with a salad of vegetables or any garnish to taste.
