Aranchini is rice ball recipes. It is considered that it is a thousand years after birth, and comes from the island of Sicily, where aranchini still cook mostly filled with ragout with tomato sauce. In Rome and Naples aranchini there are varieties that have their own names.

Ingredients:

350 g rice
butter 50g
2 eggs
Parmesan 100g
100g mozzarella, cut into cubes
70 g ham, cut into cubes
flour 100 g
water 150 g
bread crumbs 200 g
vegetable oil.

Preparation:

Cook the rice, add the butter and  the parmesan and 1-2 eggs and let stand in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Now we can do aranchini.
