Kids Breakfast Recipe – banana pancakes
Bananas are a unique product. They contain all the necessary nutrients for life. They are a storehouse of vitamins and minerals.
You can cook the banana pancakes for your family. It is a beautiful and original breakfast. Their moderately sweet taste can be enhanced with honey or maple syrup.

1 cup flour;
1 tsp baking powder to the dough;
Pinch of salt;
2 tbsp brown sugar;
0.5 tsp ground cinnamon;
A little ground nutmeg;
¾ – 1 cup of milk;
1 tsp vanilla extract;
1 tbsp softened butter;
2 ripe bananas, mashed with a fork.
Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and spices in a bowl. Mix the milk with the vanilla.
Pour the milk (start with ½ cup) into the dry mixture and stir. You will get stiff dough. Add the mashed bananas and butter. Mix well.
Bake the pancakes over medium heat on a lightly oiled frying pan for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Server pancakes with honey or maple syrup.
