Fish 500 g
Fresh chili pepper 1 pc.
Tomato paste 130g
Olive oil 60ml
Lime 1 pc.
2 garlic cloves
Ground black pepper 1 pinch
Dried oregano 1 tsp.
Dried basil 1 tsp.
Salt to taste
You need the any fish, chilli, tomato paste, lime, olive oil, garlic and spices.
Do cruciate incisions on the fish, add the salt, pepper and half lime juice. After that, send the fish in the refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes.

Fry the garlic and oregano in olive oil until golden brown. The process is quick. The main thing is not to burn the garlic.

Add tomato paste, chili pepper, dried basil, a salt in the bowl with roasted garlic and oregano. Squeeze half a lime. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Prepare the foil in the baking form. Put a fish in the baking form.
Pour the fish with prepared sauce and send it in a preheated 180 ° C ( 356 F ) oven for 40 minutes.
