Mustard 5 tsp.
Refined olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
6 cloves garlic
cinnamon 2 tsp.
1 bunch fresh parsley

Wash and dry the pork, then cut into slices about 1 cm thick, repel, heavily greased mustard, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 40-50 minutes.
Crush 6 cloves of garlic and mix it with 4-5 tbsp. olive oil, 1-2 pinches of black pepper, 2 tsp. cinnamon and 2 tsp. salt.
