Vegetable salad

This is an Italian vegetable salad with bread. This recipe allows you to use the bread that was left from yesterday and not so soft.
Slices of dried bread absorb the juice of lettuce and become softer and tastier. If the skin of cucumber hard then it is better to cut. Crust of the bread before frying, I also cut off.

Preparation time: 15 minutes + 1 hour (in the fridge).

Panzanella is  the best recipe! The dish is well suited for: fast, dinner, snack.

Servings: 4 pcs.

Ingredients:

Tomatoes 300 g
Cucumber 170 g
Onion 70 g
Fresh green basil 30 g
White bread 200g
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt 4 g
1 clove of garlic
2 g of a mixture of peppers

Preparation:

Prepare the main products: green vegetables, butter and bread.

Wash the tomatoes, cut into slices and add to the salad bowl.

Add finely chopped onion, chopped garlic, salt, pepper spice mixture. Drizzle  with olive oil, mix well and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Then add the chopped cucumber  and basil, slices of bread, toasted on a dry frying pan.

Mix and immediately serve.
