450g penne pasta
200-250 g of bacon
125 g of parmesan
100 ml of 35%-s cream
1-2 tbsp. olive oil
a few black peppercorns
1 teaspoon sea salt
Beat the cream lightly. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
Cut the bacon strips, fry in a dry pan and put it on a paper towel.
Grate cheese on a small grater.
Stir half the cheese and eggs, add the cream and bacon. Grind pepper and add to the sauce.
Cook the pasta.
Add to finished pasta olive oil, sauce, stir and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
