Pasta with Chicken
It is Italian pasta with chicken, stewed in a tomato- cream sauce.
Preparation time: 30 minutes.
The recipe is well suited for: dinner.
1 onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Italian herbs to taste
3 tablespoons sour cream
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
Spaghetti 300 g
Parmesan 50 g
Fry the onions and garlic in vegetable oil until soft.
Add small pieces of sliced chicken breast; simmer until the meat turns white.
Add a sour cream, a tomato sauce and spices. Stir well and cook until ready.
Boil the spaghetti in salted water and serve with stewed chicken, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
