Pecan pie with apples
This cake is extremely juicy and tender taste
Preparation time: 50 minutes.
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3 – 4 Apples
1/2 cups chopped walnuts
Cardamom to taste
Cinnamon to taste
Mix egg and a 1/2 cup of sugar. Add 1 tablespoon of cold water and butter and stir thoroughly.
Add the flour and baking powder and knead the dough. Put the dough on a baking dish.
Place the dough in a preheated oven to 190 degrees and bake until lightly browned.
Prepare the filling: Grate apples, add chopped nuts, remaining sugar, vanilla sugar and spices as desired, stir.
Then take the cake out of the oven and spread the stuffing on it, put it back in the oven and bake until tender, about 20 – 25 minutes.
