Potatoes with garlic
Potatoes with garlic are a quick and easy vegetable recipe. Not fry the potatoes, but bake to do without carcinogens. Garlic gives a piquant flavor.
For 4 servings:
1 pound potatoes (preferably red)
Head of garlic (note: the head, not clove)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Cut the potatoes into slices.
Separate the garlic cloves on, but do not remove the skin.
Add olive oil, salt and pepper and place in the oven for 40 minutes until the potatoes and garlic are soft.
Remove the dish; squeeze roasted garlic out of the skin on the potatoes.
