Pumpkin soup with cream and curry
This gentle and at the same time nourishing soup will please you and your loved ones and do not require time-consuming. The key ingredient is a pumpkin. Best vegetables for soupe is in harmony with the curry spices.

Ingredients for soup:
Pumpkin 300 g
Potatoes 3 pc.
Carrot 2 pcs.
Onion 1 pc.
Cream 250 ml
Olive oil 3 tbsp.
White bread 200g
Ground red pepper 0.25 tsp.
Curry 1 tsp.
Salt 1 tbsp. l.
Wash and clean the carrots, potatoes, pumpkins and onions. Any fresh greens suitable for decoration.
Chop the onion finely, grate carrots on a coarse grater. Heat the oil in a frying pan, place the onions and saute until light golden. Then add the carrots, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
Boil 1.5 liters of water in a saucepan, add the salt, put the fried onions and carrots and cook for about 5 minutes.
Slice the potatoes and the pumpkin into large cubes. Place the potatoes in a saucepan, simmer 10 minutes, then put the pumpkin and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove the pot of soup from the heat and let cool slightly.
Beat the cooled soup in a blender. Place the resulting puree on the fire, add the cream and season with freshly ground pepper and curry, and bring to a boil. Serve the soup with croutons and greens.
