Quick fruit cake
This cake is perfect for meeting friends, because it is baked rather quickly. Products are used by the most common: butter, sugar, yogurt. For the filling you can take any fruit.
This cake keeps well and yummy with a cuppa of plain hot tea for breakfast, tea party or snack.
Preparation time: 40 minutes.

Butter 150 g
Sugar 220 g
2 cups wheat flour
Baking powder 1 tsp.
yogurt 50 ml
Plum 4 pcs.
Apricots, 4 pcs.
Summer fruit cake
Take butter, sugar, yogurt, flour, eggs, baking powder, apricots and plums.
Rub butter with sugar.
Add yogurt, continuing to stir.
Beat in the eggs, continuing to rub the mixture.
With constant stirring, add the flour and baking powder.
Cut fruits into quarters.
Greas baking dish with butter and sprinkle with semolina (or ground sweet biscuits).
Heat oven to 200 degC fan bake.
Spread the mixture into the prepared cake tin and smooth the surface add fruts. Bake 10 minutes, then reduce temperature to 150 degC and bake for another 20-25 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean.
