Red cabbage salad recipes
Red cabbage salad turns beautiful, tasty and very helpful.

Red cabbage is combined with lemon juice and wine vinegar. Acid enhances the beautiful color and emphasizes the taste of cabbage.

1/4 red cabbage, finely shredded
1 small red onions, finely sliced
50 g feta
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Finely shred red cabbage. Add salt and sugar and slightly mash.
After this treatment, cabbage is softened and gives the juice.
Add thinly sliced cucumber and finely sliced onions.
Pour vegetable oil (sunflower or olive) and mix.
Add the feta and again intimately mix.
