Pork meat 250 g
Carrot 1 pieces.
Onions 2 pcs.
Sour cream 2 tbsp.
1 garlic clove
Nutmeg powder 5 g
Olive oil 50 ml

Prepare the ingredients: a small pumpkin, pork, rice, onion, carrots, olive oil, garlic, sour cream, salt, nutmeg.
Cut the pumpkin top and remove the pumpkin pulp, to receive a hollow “box”.
Chop the onions, carrots and garlic.
Fry the pork, onion, carrot and garlic in olive oil, sprinkle with a little salt and freshly ground nutmeg.
Put fried pork with vegetables in a bowl and let cool slightly.
Cook the rice until soft in a little salted water.
Mix the rice with fried meat and vegetables.
Put the resulting stuffing into the prepared pumpkin.
Put sour cream on top, cover and wrap tightly in foil. Bake for about 40 minutes at 200 ° C ( 392 F ).
