You can make sandwiches with grilled salmon. Mash the roasted salmon with a fork and mix with hot sauce. Add the pulp of a ripe avocado, sweet red onion and arugula. And all this is put on a toasted in the toaster gray chunks of crusty bread.

The presence of bread makes a tasty snack in a minimalist dinner.

Ingredients:

1/2 lb salmon fillet;

Olive oil;

Salt, ground black pepper;

Lemon juice;

1 avocado, cut into pieces;

A handful of arugula;

Several rings of thinly sliced red onion;

4 crusty whole-wheat rolls split and toasted.

 

For the sauce:

2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise;

2 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream 10%;

1 large clove garlic, crushed;

1 tsp powdered sugar or honey;

¼ tsp hot peppers.

 

 Preparation:

Dry the salmon fillet, sprinkle with salt and pepper and fry in a skillet until tender over medium heat.

Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl.

When the fish is ready, cut it up into small pieces and connect it to the sauce.

To assemble sandwiches, spread some of the avocado mixture on each roll and top with salmon, arugula and onion.
